The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room had nice amenities like tea and a heater, the food selection was fantastic, and the service was top-notch.

Had a wonderful time. The hotel was clean, everything was good. The room was en suite and new-fashioned. Great service was provided. The facilities were clean too. Coffee, tea and milk for our breakfast were fab.

We came to London for a short stay, everything was modern. The rooms were all compact and modern with a private bath, bathroom, an iron. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the tube station in London, and London for a night. Plus it was max 5 mins walk to the lake.

The service was good, it was just what we needed. the room was compact and new-fashioned with a safe box, a sofa bed, and central heating available. What we really enjoyed was the efficient staff.

We loved the friendly and accommodating staff who helped us arrange an earlier check-in. The room was clean, modern, and well equipped with an en-suite shower room, TV, and plenty of storage space. It was situated in a location close to the train station and close enough to the centre to walk to popular landmarks. Plus, there is a small breakfast area downstairs with tea, coffee, and milk provided.

Location and Cleanliness

I recently had a city break at a serviced apartment in London. The location was fantastic, close to public transport and amenities. The apartment was also very clean and tidy, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. the bed was comfortable, making for a good night's sleep.

The noise levels were extremely high, with paper-thin walls and very poor sound insulation, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. there were communication issues, with staff not responding to queries promptly and being difficult to get hold of.

The location was great with easy access to public transportation and close to the center of the city. Near Angel station, you could easily commute to any part of London. the staff was hospitable and welcoming, making sure the establishment was clean and comforting. the shared bathroom met the standards and was perfect for couples on a budget.

The security was not up to par and could have been better.
